Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or require products to be sent back.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

Once approved, we will issue a 50% partial refund or a 50% discount.
No return is required to receive compensation.

Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personalized items, and damage caused by misuse are not eligible.
